An admittedly poorly prepared example of the E-PL1's shooting performance in relation to the GF1. This focuses on the ability to identify and capture sequences in a realistic shooting session. Olympus defenders would be right to point out that the E-PL1 is doing more "auto" stuff in this example, but in my experience even turning Auto-everything off does not eliminate the lag seen here. The GF1 was shot with the E-PL1 capturing video, the E-PL1 was caught with the GF1 shooting video. I know I didn't do a good job getting the WB and brightness setup well between the two. C'est la vie.
